Should Kids Be Used In Political Ads?

Some parents of first graders in California are outraged about their children being used in an ad to approve Proposition 8. The measure will ban gay and lesbian marriages throughout the state. Ad creators say the ad is legal because the parents allowed the children's images to be made public.
