In one of the articale writing website I have sen a heading asking for opinion says that 'if drinking and driving is not allowed then why the bars have parking lots outside'. It really eneged me in thinking for some times that it is very true. The most common action will be for one to drive in, part the car drink and drive away. All will not drink within limit, maximum will overdo. But is it just to not allow parking lots outside pub?

lol. I think they're hoping that you bring a designated driver with you, or call a taxi. Did you know its illegal to get drunk in a bar? (in the u.s.) Last year cops were raiding bars, and arresting drunks.

Ha think about this. In lousiana we have drive thru mixed drink stores. You pull up to the window they make your drink and give you a straw and you drive off. Now to me that is worse than a parking lot in a bar.
