Losing weight!!!!!losing weight!!!

There are many people in this world who want to gain weight and there are even more people who want to lose weight.The latter greatly outnumbers the former especially in the developed countries and some of developing countries like China. Why do people want to lose weight?The reason vary.For some people they feel they are already overweight.They are simply setting things right.Some people ,young ladies they are not really getting rid fo extra fat,but rather trying to be thinner and thinner.For them,the thinner the better.They tak the thinness as a symbol of beauty.The last group includes those whl suffer from one kind or another of illness related to overweight. If you want to lose weight,which reason do you have ?????????

I'm fully aware that I have gained much weight for the last five or six months for several reasons. For one, I already am married and have a daughter. Well personally, I don't concern myself much about it because honestly, I'm not the type of person who is figure-conscious. Saying this, I definitely don't check my weight on a regular basis. As long as I still could fit into my regular clothes but still I'm healthy, I don't mind getting chubbier. Besides, I think it's better this way than having nothing to eat at all. But I've been trying to control myself to eat much sweets these past few weeks, because I've been feeling frequent cramps on my legs and feet. I'm a self-confessed sweet tooth and I rarely eat citrus fruits, too. Hopefully in the next couple of months, I will be able to achieve this and lose some pounds in the process healthwise.

Simply, I feel myself overweight. But most of time, I donot do this because it is harm for my health. Though I eat a lot, and also take plenty of exercise. Nowadays, many people believe that the thinner the better, especially women, as you said, they lose their crazily. OMG! But what can we do? This is a popular life style in this period of time.

The main reason for me is that I want to stay fit. If you are athletic and fit, then the body willnot be prone to diseases and it gives a clear mind to think properly. Doing excercise on a regular basis and playing games are the best methods to get rid of those excess fat. We must also concentrate on reducing the calorie intake.
