I got out to find out that winter has set in and it is very cold outside. But it didn't deter me from doing my regular exercises.I went for a jog as warm up.After some basic warm up exercises i started running. It felt so good.I always think this is a good way to keep myself healthy. What do you say?

Yes it is very good of you to still do your exercise even though the weather is very cold and snowing outside. In your country when there is snow are you able to sweat? I am just wondering because if a weather is very cold I couldn't imagine you getting hot while running. Keep up your good exercise and I agree with you that exercising will keep yourself healthy.

Generally here in this part of our country it doesn't rain.but temperature drops drastically below normal temperature. So we do sweat but need to do a lot of work out.

I don't run every day. Even I can't remember when did I ran for the last time. May be last year when I was trying to catch a bus and not to mention I couldn't catch that. That day, I decided that I will run for 2 hours every day but as the next day arrived I forgot every thing and enjoyed my sleeping! LOL

Running is basically the only sport I do. I've tried cycling and swimming, but they didn't give me the same 'high' that running gives at the end of a session. Oh, to answer your question. Yes I did run today.
