The Phillies Win The World Series!!!!

and one of our local Seattle hometown heroes who plays for them, Jamie Moyer, got his ring. I am so proud of them and all they did to get there. I was rooting for them because of Jamie Moyer, and feel they deserve this special honor as they had to beat some good teams to get there. I personally would Love to be in Philladelphia tonight to help Celebrate this win, but I am sure people are doing it for me. I also think that Tampa Bay did a great job for a young team, and we have not heard nor seen the last of them for sure. So were you watching the World Series, and who were you rooting for, and do you think this was an excellent Series as well? ~~TINA~~

I am a big Moyer fan and really glad he got his ring. He is a good wholesome kinda guy and was sad to see him leave Seattle, however happy for his success in Philly. I have to admit I was pulling for Tampa Bay. Having lived in that area for many years I had to watch the Bucaneers lose for many years and they finally won a super bowl. I go to spring training every year and made a statement that the Rays would be really great this year. Most my friends laugh at me until about the all star break and as you can imagine had the Rays won the World Series I would have bragging right for years to come every spring. They would be asking me what I thought....well they do that anyway *SMILE*

My friend Dorine will be happy that they won. I have two close friends who themselves are best friends, both baseball fans. one's in Tampa, the other's in Philly, or was. Philly is her hometown. She'll sure be happy. I don't care about sports one way or another.
