Do You Often End Up with Buying a Unwanted Thing Impulsively?

LOL!!! I am animpulsive and instictive buyer and I purchase a thing without giving ascond thought that the particular thing is required for me or for my family. I will buy that thing just because I liked it!I often think after every such purchases after coming to my home that I shouldn't repeat this and lo! the moment I go to market I am rather compelled to do so and end up in purchasing some thing which may be curious but of no use to me!last niht we wenton shopping for our kitchen and I ended upwith a purchase of multimeter an intrument used by electricians and electronic technicians for the repair of electronic goods. i thought I will use it in the case of emergencies I get in case I get any breakdown in my electronic equipments!!!Sounds silly No? LOL!!If I start naming such articles thre will be a long list and I don't want to waste the myLot space with such unwanted things list!Now I am curious to know am I the only person with such a weakness or there are few others who are like me while on shopping spree!

i used to do it all the time. but now on a fixed income i can no longer do it with this terrible economy. its a hard habit to break but can be done

I was impulsive and instictive buyer during i studied in university, i purchases books and tapes more or less every time when i went to bookshops . after backing dormitory, others borrowed them or never touched it , because I thought all of them belonged to myself,i can read or listen to them everytime. Now i realize it's not a good habit, every time when i go to bookstore or supermarket,i must compell myself to think about if it's necessary and urgent living goods then invest for it intellectually.
