I think it is really difficult task to have all the nutrition which you are supposed to have daily. I am a vegan so it is all the more difficult to have it all in a day. I try to have sprouts and juice in breakfast with some nuts to follow. Then in lunch i try to have veggies with some bread and lentils and ofcourse with yogurt. Then evening tea with some soya munchies. sometimes i replace tea with friuts. Dinner should be light but if it is an outing then i cann't avoid binging. All this is difficult to maintain but i try. What about you guys?

I never really pay attention to that stuff, I just eat it. Sometimes i don't eat veggies for days. That's probably why i never loose weight.

It is always difficult to make sure we eat all the nutrients our body should receive in a day. The solution to my problem is I regularly take vitamin pills to complement the lack of vitamins and mineral intake. My husband is doing the same thing and he is very concerned with vitamin intakes because he needs a lot of energy to do his job. Being a vegetarian I think it is difficult for you to get enough protein but I can see you are taking yogurts which is dairy products and this is enough already. How about eggs do you eat them. If not I think soy is important dish to taken by you so that you can get the most protein from it.
