Sentencing Saddam hussain to DEATH is justified?

Saddam Hussain has done the things in the past as a occupant of presidentship of his country and Mr Bush is also doing the same that too outside his country ! what does bush deserve?

I believe that Saddam killed his own people and tortured them and as far as i know Bush has not done that.
