Do you notice the expressions that normally don’t suit a person

As he asks for a thing that he desires and wants to acquire or to win a bargain?
The ugly smile on a stern face, holy looks on a devil or the joker trying to pose as a hero.
Isn’t it strange how people change their colors especially when they are selfish

Our emotions and feelings are given away so easily on our facial expressions. Being artificial or trying to express ourselves as someone we are not will always show up and it becomes so easy to read.
Strange though Bala, that some pay no attention or don't recognise it, probably because they do the same themselves.

I do know what you mean pal. I often see people smiling but their smile does not reach their eyes so you know it is not sincecre! Like wolfie above, I could never play poker because I can't mask my feelings and if I had a good or bad hand my facial expression would give it away. I know many people who dish out fake smiles and fake niceties. Thankfully those people are not included in my close circle of friends :)

I know a couple of people that when they are telling a lie and clever at it, they smirk, that is the way I know they are lying...littleowl

Oh yes I am really afraid of people ,especially friends and relatives, who come to me with a wry smile and expect to extract favours from me leaving me completely drained. They often put me in a fix and I end up being in a position not to say "no" out of courtesy and often end up doing things for them helplessly. And once they get what they want ,they leave without even a thank you note....
Then there are others who smile sweetly and expect a favourable response from you and they shout at you when you do not cater to their desires.
But there is also the other side of the coin.I have seen small kids twisting their grand parents round their little fingers and leading them a dance with a devilish smile and the grand parents readily dancing to their tunes......It takes all sorts of people ,Bala.....
