friendship is both a source of pleasure ans a component of good health .people who have close friends naturally enjoy their company .of equal importance are the concrete emotional benefits they derive .when something sensational happens to us ,sharing the happiness of the occasion with friends intensifies our joy.

In such a short, yet informative paragraph, you really have explained the value of friendship. You are so correct. I know that each day that my best friend and I talk on the telephone as we are both on the road a great deal, we are talking about real life situations, laugh and just try to continue to inspire one another. We also keep each other positive. We both started a ministry in Atlanta centered around his talents with music and public speaking as well as my writing and marketing skills. Outside of my wife, it is always good to have at least one good friend. The one that I have is 13 years my junior but he is mature, funny, positive and has a good head on his shoulders. He likes to learn new things every day as do I so we learn from one another. You are right about the component of good health. Spending time with my best friend helps me relieve stress and not at any time have we not enjoyed each other's company.

I do believe that having a friendship is important to having a healthy and happy life. Sharing you time and companionship with another person with the same interests can be very important. It is a source of enjoyment being surrounded by friend who care and being a friend in good and bad times is very good also.
