To live a healthy life we need to have a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.But most of the people are addicted to junk food.To stay healthy we need to have a balanced diet.We should try to have fruits am much as possible.They are good source of vitamins and iron.Having boiled vegetables is good for health.Try eating variety of fruits and vegetables instead of having the same thing.Eat well and stay healthy.

i know balanced diet is really very important for a person to stay fit but it is really difficult to avoid junk foods. we most of them like junk foods and we are addicted to it in one way and it is difficult to avoid it and to stick only fruits and also vegetables. most of us like spicy and chilly items and that we cant find it fruits and for vegetables we can prepare it in a spicy way but some contents again leads to fat. but it is how life is if we want something we need to lose something. so we have to dominate our favourites and keep a balance diet.
now a days i am trying to do it but i have to hardly control myself and it is very difficult.
