Should I give up on my last IRL friend?

I've known here for over 10yrs. But over the past couple yrs I've hardly talked to her.There have been no fights no nothing. She's just too busy! She goes to college full time, works full time, a live-in boyfriend, and a fairly large family. I've only seen her 2x in the past yr! :( I've tried to e-mail her as she's soo busy I figured that was the best way to keep in touch. All I get are forwards.... I don't want a forward but something to say what she's all been up to KWIM? I know I should call her more but she's so busy all I get is her voice mail and never her and it takes her a while to call me back from that even. She used to come over on Easter and dye eggs with my family and she hasn't done that in 2 yrs. I don't know what to do. She's a good friend when she has the time but she doesn't ever seem to have any for me anymore. Though she'd get togeather w/ another friend to do crafting for a craft show every week & would rip on her when we talked but I still got the short end of the stick. WWYD?
