How can I Gain Weight ????????

Every where I have seen so many guys n guls asking for "how can i loose weight" but nobody give emphasis on weight gain. I am underweight how can i gain weight PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzz helpppppppppppp.....................

If you do following steps then you will definately increase your weight. Go to gym everyday. Eat 4-6 bananas. and sleep more than 10 hrs. daily

You must eat a lot of protein and carbohydrate foods, balanced it with drinking milk everyday. Your breakfast should consist of rice, chicken or egg with hotmilk. Then you should try meat at lunch with rice again. But do not overdo fats, carbohydrates and protein as it might be the catalyst of many diseases like hypertension and diabetic. Weight gain depends on each person, if your metabolism grinds fast then every food you take can be digested faster also leaving you slim. Weight should be reciprocated with your height and age. Some health professionals say that if you are a female and stand just 5 feet 100 to 110 pounds is within a normal range. But if you are underweight try to seek a nutritionist to have a balance diet program given to you without sacrificing your total health condition. There are some diet plans that are effective to other people and not to others.

Oh Dear, ahahah i am thinking that too. How can i gain weight? lolz, coz i am slim too and i wanted to put some weight on, so that i will not get cold easily ahahaha. So now i am eating and eating,proper sleep and have enough rest. If you like you can take any vitamins for your appetite it helps you to eat alot.And don't get stress. Happy posting.

I think to gain weight, you need complete nutrition. Not only think to eat much food which contaion fat. You need carbohidrate, fat, protein, mineral and water. So you need to eat rice, bread, potato for carbohidrate. Protein from fish or meat, Fat from meat or other source. Mineral from fruit and vegetables. The last one is water from milk or mineral water. This is only my opinion after get infomation from people in my place. Keep post happy myLotting...

I never thought I would hear that question, I have had the same problem my whole life. I have tried everything and never gain much at all and if I do gain a little I lose twice as much in a week. I am very active now but even when I wasent I still could not gain. I hope someone has some good advice besides eat and be lazy. Good luck,
