A woman crossing the International Bridge from Hidalgo, Mexico, into McAllen, Texas, declared several dirty diapers to customs officials. Not your usual declaration, don't you think? 
Well they didn't think so either. But, it wasn't illegal substances or medications they found when they decided to check out the diapers.

I'll admit, I didn't realize it was illegal to bring that across the border for personal use, so if I ever get down there, I'll be sure to be careful about what I can bring back.
