It is awful .this fellow "Joe the Pumber' is now a celebrity signing autographs? How many plumbers do you know are in front of the cameras and signing autographs.
Any plumbers feel left out..Do you suppose this Joe the Plumber will end up making more then 250,000

Yeah, poor Joe...the plumber who wasn't really getting ready to buy a plumging company but he IS planning to launch his country music career! He's hired a PR firm and everything. Poor guy...I really feel bad for him.

Through circumstances opportunity knocked and Joe answered. Tell me where is that wrong? If something happened and gave you the chance to make your life better wouldn't you jump at it?

That's right, opportunity knocked after John McCain seized on Ole Joe and put him in the spotlight. From the political trail to Nashville...standing up McCain at one rally in the process. My point was that there is no reason for folks to be feeling sorry for poor ole Joe. His initial lie about planning to buy a plumbing business has given his 15 minutes of fame but that's about as long as it's going to last.
I will tell you this, something happening to give me the chance to make my life better wouldn't start with a lie and a fake name. But "Joe", who voted for McCain during the Primary having the opportunity to ask Obama a question that shot him into the spotlight is drastically different and not very believable.

It wasn't his choice to be brought into the public eye - he was asking a simple question of a candidate and now his life has been turned upside down - including the illegal access of his personal records - DMV, tax records and child support payment records.
He just as well get whatever he can out of all of this!

My opininion is that he was planted and was all part of the political scheme of McCain.

That's interesting - because he asked a question that Obama couldn't answer - he's a plant! What a hoot!

I think its great, al he did was ask a simple question and because obama was to afraid to answer it in public this plunber got crap from everywhere he looked. Gee, let this be a lesson to you, you should always be affraid to ask the right questions. BTW: I'll bet he makes well over $250,000 now.

My opinion os that he always made over 250.000.. and that he was merely a political pro by the Replublican campaing.

Joe is the plumber that won't go away. It's like the McCain campaign gets stuck on one topic and can't move on. First it was "Joe the plumber" then Palin got stuck on the UnAmerican crap. I mean is she really the poster child for "Americanism"? I mean her husband was involved with a group that didn't want the state of Alaska to be a part of the US, how more "UnAmerican" can one get?
