When are easy recipes not easy recipes?

You know the feeling - you’re trying to cook a dish based on an apparently easy recipe and you realise that
actually the ingredient list calls for strange, expensive, hard-to-find things. Easy recipes should be short
and simple. What’s your experience with easy recipes? Can you recommend any easy recipes?

I'm fairly certain you can post recipes...
But yeah... I usually read through the recipe list before I start making it XD but I have run into the problem occasionally, where I started cooking and realised I was missing a much needed ingrediant XD lorl Hate it when that happens though

There are alot of easy reciepes. I dont think we are actually supposed to post recipes on here though. I'm not sure. Haystacks made with butterscotch and chocolate chips and chow mein noodles are pretty good.
