Rumour has it that Rihanna is worth less than two hundred thousand dollars.This raises a number of questions ,Firstly is she being exploited by her record company and management ,secondly is she collecting all the royalties due to her and finally is she maximising on her earning potential as a brand. Many artistes have complained that the deal signed with their label seeks to enrich the label at the extent of the artistes themselves .Could rihanna be a victim of similar circumstances selling millions of records yet getting pennies on the dollar Could it also be that her management is siphoning off her money?.Could it also be that for some starnge reason the money being pumped in to her is not being recouped by the rcord deal resulting in slim returns for her Does she have the rquisite publishing machinery to collect from the usage of her mucic anywhere in the world.Many artistes loose tremendous sums annually as a result of unpaid royalties Finally in a world of falling record sales,bootlegging and file sharing ,many artistes have to find a way to generate other streams of income outside of the music.One such option is merchandising themselves as a brand that is finding ways of getting their faces on other products such as perfumes ,clothing lines etc , some even start thier own product lines I would hate to think that she was being manipulated by virtue of the fact that she is a young woman from the carribean ,naive and innocent or just a victim of greedy executives,whatever the reason for Rihanna's current financila situation someone needs to intervene on her behalf- what do you say
