lay offs and the things like that..what is the solution?

I guess having a Lay off of staff in the company is one of the problem that the Country has taking or the company is not stable enough to pay for all the benefits that the person should received while being employed and I think the only solution on this matter is that the Government should do a rule unto this situation like we have her in Kuwait for 2 years.....

I don't know how to do it either, I hope anyone can share to all of us here how to make serious money. Anyway, I believe that the solution to lay offs is offering more jobs or creating strategies inorder to enhance the economic conditionof a country. This needs a true leader's mind.

nowadays.. everybody is just on the tip of their toes.. praying something like this wont happen to ourselves.. i guess the best is always to try to start business for yourself.. .. i really envy those who could make money in front of the computer.. a few friends on mine have started 'playing' with forex - looks like it pays well if you're really good at it.. but, me... i dont dare take that risk...

i dont know about any other country, but i think our problem here is that all our factories shut down and move to other countries and hire out of the country, so much that no one is having enough things made in USA, so we could have work

I think it will come in the field of energy and also infostructure. Services are always in demand, with the aging populations that will continue to provide employment. There are jobs to be had, we just have to lower our expectations, we have become very spoiled in the US and now are joining the rest of the world in these matters.
