How does myLot make its profit?

Hello mylotters,
I have been at mylot for around 3-4 months and i have made some money with mylot. When i saw my money, i thought about how the people who work for myLotmake their profits. They're paying us for writing but i think they must get profit too. Does anyone know how mylot makes profit if we write?
