ciao banner concern

okay. so a few days back i tried putting a ciao banner on my profile page but it didn't work. yesterday i tried again and it worked fine. but today i just found out that after clicking my banner, it takes you to the registration page but everything is Swedish! 
or at least that's how the language looks to me. anybody here figure out how to work around that problem? please help!

really doing nice in ciao ah!
oh well I am not concern with the banner things, maybe you can teach me how to, even the banner from homepage I don't know how to put, hay I am so poor with technical aspects, makes my hubby laughs at me all the time (imagine he can a system out of a scratch and his wife don't even know how to put banners
