I wake up at 530 am daily. I use a loud alarm on my mobile phone to wake me up. And no its not the alarm that wakes me up. The alarm wakes my whole household up and its usually a glass of cold water over my head coutesy of my mother that does the trick! :P

Good! =) I Know one superbtrick... Only thing you need anotherone who will wake you up... Actually there is no trick... Just hold nose so sleeper cant breethe thrue nose... and then after 5-10 sek. hell wake up and wont be sleeppy...

4:40 a.m. My husband’s cell phone alarm wakes me up for work. I use his because mine is too unpleasant.

If I want to wake up even at 3.00 a.m I can. Before I go to bed I sincerely meditate and register the hands of the clock in my mind for 2 minutes. When the clock hands reach at 3.00 am automatically I get up. I have tested this several times and proven.
