Can the President of USA order ..............?

The President of USA is one of the most powerful men in the world. On his instructions the 7th Fleet can be moved anywhere in the world, he can order the troops back from Iraq and Afghanistan or send them to Iran if he wants. But there are some things he can not do and some things he has not been able to do. Any guesses? First lets take things he has not been able to do. he has not been able to catch Osama Bin Laden who is a fugitive, he has not been able to bring peace to iraq and Afghanistan. Things he can not do. Firstly, he can not order a hen to lay 4 eggs in a day, he can not order a woman to deliver a child in a month instead of after nine months.

Osama Bin Laden is on dialysis, he has to be hooked up to a power source somewhere. After 9/11 the first plane to fly out of the US was one carrying all of Bin Laden's family. Bush was concerned with their safety. The Bush family also does business with the Bin Ladens. So why would you want to catch your buddy? You just to look like your trying to appease the people. Besides Bin Laden has not been suspected of the 9/11 attacks. Go look at the fbi's most wanted website. It does not specifically say anything about 9/11. Why is it our job to bring peace to other countries? Shouldn't we attack our own problems here like homelessness and illegal immigrants.
