I am all about girl power and all but I am wondering what your thoughts are regarding females assuming roles like ministers, pastors, etc. I have become familar with evangelists who are females, so to me that is common. But leaders of a church is a really different avenue for me. Is that normal practice in your church? In your country?

I believe that positions in the church is appointed by God. so whoever sits in that position, it could be a woman or man, it is God who put them there. there are so many female ministers and one of them is Joyce Meyer(www.joycemeyer.org). She is an annointed leader of their church. she has touched so many lives. she is powerfully used by God.

My mom was a minister and she handled a city church and a rural church after her retirement. But before that she taught in the seminary. Women religious leaders are normal and I think there are more things a church can do when there's a woman in the leadership no offense to the men.
