What do you like best -Watching TV or listening to radio?

I do not know where you live but I have seen some cable channels that probably let you clean around the house, make a snack and keep up with your email durring commercials because they take long commercial breaks.

I am a self-confessed telly addict! I just love the television and I don't know where I would be without it! I'm not sitting in front of the telly 24/7 but, when I need it, it's always there for me. The radio is fine from time to time but I favour the tv over the radio anytime! I think that, without the tv, life would become very depressing! Tv keeps you in touch with the world and that's just great. I can listen to the radio on my tv now so that is an added bonus. Andrew

To me watching television, and listening to the radio gets your mind off of things that are going on in your life. I love listening to the radio when the d.j's are entertaining and when they play good music. I love music, it can really make a bad mood into a good mood, and even motivate you. I have found it even gives me confidence. As for T.V. it is an escape. You can watch shows which also is an escape, but very relaxing. I love all different sorts of programs. One of my favorites is the animal planet channel. So to me I like both, but probably watching T.V. more. Actually now that I think about it, it depends on the time of day too. Usually t.v to me is winding down at night. Sorry for the rambling. Happy Halloween

I like both. I only have TV on when I have a specific show that I am going to watch. Or, sometimes, I'll flip through the channels on a boring Saturday if I have nothing better to do. But, usually, I like to listen to the radio when I have nothing better to do. I love music! :) So, I like both. :)

Yup, even if you can technically do something else while watching tv, there are some shows that can really catch your attention so much that you'd wonder where the time went so if you want to work like do some paperwork or cook, you can focus on your task easier if you only have music in your background. To each his/her own
