which is better xp or vista ????????

i am using xp sp3 . happy with that but i am thinking for some change . so now i am thinking about vista . what is your opinion?

I still use Windows XP SP2 and I love it. I will never migrating to Vista because it doesn't work as good as Windows XP. Maybe I'll be migrating to Windows 7 after Microsoft launch it soon.

Vista will occupy lots of resources in the memory.I am still using XP and enjoying it.In view of Windows 7's approach,somnone think vista is a joke.

Windows 7 is actually the recreation of vista. It performs what vista is supposed to be performing when it was released.
Luckily, vista is now gaining its rep throught windows update and sp1. later this november or early december, sp2 for vista will be realeased.
sp1 vista now is performing like xp sp2.

XP is definitely better. :) I do not recommend Vista. :)

i prefer xp, xp media center edition will be better. But actually i also like to use vista side bar, and also the volume mixer. So can xp use volume mixer? I need this for my sound system.....

my computer is compatible with vista still i am using xp because i think it is the best.
i have seen many of my friends having genuin visa but they go for 2 way instalation for installing xp because vista is not compatible with many old verson softwares.
vista is having good looks but on the performance basis i think xp is the best.

im still using XP..Vista is great but u need to upgrade ur hardwares w/c a bit costly!!!

I advice you to not change to Vista. Do you heard the latest news that Microsoft will launch a new Windows 7 probably by early 2009. Here we can assume that Vista has a lot of problem until Microsoft have to launch a new replacement product. Please continue to use Windows XP happily because you will never get the same happiness if u change it to Vista.
