'Cause I'm pretty sure it's going to be for sale after reading this one! It seems a vicar in the UK had a rather interesting accident while hanging curtains. I won't go into any great detail, but I think from here on out, his parishners might want to call him "Spud." http://www.metro.co.uk/weird/article.html?Vicar_hospitalised_with_potato_up_his_bum&in_article_id=382493&in_page_id=2 Do YOU believe his tale (no pun intended)?

Hey jerz! Yea right! lol! I really believe that one! It just got ramed up there from falling on it while hanging curtains! Yup! That bridge is for sale again huh? How on earth did he even think that anyone would possibly believe that one? I know that he must have been very embarrassed to say the least, but what was the point in trying to hide that? No one in the their right mind was going to believe such an stupid story!

Yeah, I know. I guess he was counting on his clerical reputation to carry him over that hurdle. But, as for it being an accident - see what I said to Dreamweaverjan in #1.

I have no idea - but maybe he was hoping someone would see him and come in to light his birthday 'candle'.

Likely story....but I wasn't there..thank goodness...so can't say it really didn't happen...BUT because of the way the story is told...I would have to say that he is a few cards short of a full deck...

Oh girl that was sick. I don't know about that falling thing... sounds a bit far fetched to me. I guess that story was as good as any cause what can you really say it that situation anyway.

I guess if he wanted to stay behind the pulpit, he had to say it. But, which is worse - some guy gettin' his jollies with a spud or by exposing himself in the window while hanging curtains.

Precisely the response I was going for, m'dear!! And, I'm sorry, but unless that man was already loose as a goose, that spud weren't goin' up his pud even if it were slathered in butter - not by accident, anyway!!!
