How can you stop eating Raw rice.

One of my friend had this bad habit and I know it will effect his health. How to stop this. Thank you.

Eating raw rice can depict two things you are either depressed of has some health defficiency (lacking in nutrient, it's more of a defficiency to me, you should get a check up at your doctor. Good luck to your friend.
