How you manage your anger?

When you get angry?, what you usually do? do you throw object, dont talk or stay in room for whole day.. If you'll gonna ask me, what am i going to do, well i am quite different i'll get paper and ballpen and write.. I write anything, I put everything into writing then i noticed for several minutes after, my angers fades away already.

Wow! You're quite "dangerous" when you get angry!
Well, personally, I just keep myself quiet, and make myself alone. And mostly, I pray. I just also sometimes talk to my friends and share some jokes.
I don't usually express my anger physically. I just keep it myself and let everything be gone in just matter of hours. If i have all the worlds reason to be angry to somebody, then I just walk from that person, think for a while for the situation happened, and then take a deep breath.....
After that, I just think that everybody deserves forgiveness.
The key there is forgiveness.
I just think that they're only human who commits mistake and needs to be forgiven..
Well, God himself forgives, then by all means I have to also others..
As someone had said, "Forgiveness is setting a prisoner free, and knowing that the prisoner was you..."
