Do you use sponges or washable cloths to wash dishes?

I used to use sponges to wash dishes with but I know that bacteria lives in sponges. So I switchec to washable cloths. I have heard about the Twist Euro Sponge Cloth that is a sponge/towel that soaks up spills and washes dishes,then twists dry. You can boil it clean or put it in the dishwaher to get rid of germs. Does anybody know where you can buy this cloth or have you tried it? What do you use to wash dishes with?
