Some easy ways to deal with insomnia...

Insomnia includes inability to sleep,frequent waking up in the night and not being able to sleep, or waling up too early.Women are more likely to suffer.The ratio being 2:1 compared to men.To a large extent we can control the quality and quantity of sleep.What we eat effects the way we sleep.Some food calms down nerve traffic and helps you get a good sleep.There are some food items which keep you awake.Ideal food items are food moderately rich in carbohydrates and proteins.These are called sleepers.They help you sleep.Some sleepers are poultry products(cheese,milk,curd), meat,sea food,whole grains and vegetables.Avoid having food with high sugar.It effects your sleep.The best thing is to have a glass of milk with little or no sugar.Try it and see.Good luck.

Thank you for this. I guess I should drink milk then! Well, I like cheese, so that is good! I like sugar, but it definitely keeps you awake! BAD sugar! Thanks for the tips! :)

I sometimes have insomnia, but i can easily cure it with a strong strain of mmj, couple tokes and i can get to sleep.
