I was watching the show Superhuman on TLC yesterday and they had a show on primordial dwarfs. They are the shortest people on Earth. They look normal except that they are very very small. The shortest man on Earth lives in China, according to the Guinness Book of World Records 2009 edition. His name is Ping Ping. He's 2 foot 5 and 19 years old. He smokes like a chimney. He wants to move into the city as his family lives on a farm in the middle of nowhere in China. The Guinness Book of World Records editor says that he will be famous now and have lots of money. I am concerned that he will end up performing in circuses or something like that. From what I have observed of the Chinese, they don't like difference much except to stare at it. Not that I'm trying to be racist. It's just my opinion. I just realized that this man is shorter than me sitting down. I sit down all the time because I'm in a wheelchair. I've never seen someone standing up who's shorter than me and not three years old. Mother Nature's a pretty awesome inventor. Think about the diversity of the human genome. We all somehow manage with whatever we're given to survive. Sorry this post just got a little deep at the end.

This is an interesting topic, I've never seen a grown person under 4 feet tall. It would be a handicap, but being over 7 feet tall would mean bumping your head several times each day. There is nothing wrong with performing in a circus or anywhere else that I can think of. If its an honest job that pays well, its well worth doing. There is no need to apologize for a post like this. Its well written and has good content.
Keep up the good work!

Sometimes circuses and sideshows are exploitative to people with disabilities.
