Education is very important. Look what happens to people who don't go to school. They don't qualify for good jobs. And as a result they earn less than those with good education.
My parents used to tell us that poverty doesn't mean that we should not go to school. Instead, they taught us to go to school and strive hard because education is the only valuable thing that they could give us.
I believe in what they taught us. Despite lack of financial means we still went to college. We had to go without nice clothes in order for us to be able to finish college.
Some children now take education for granted. They are sent to school by their parents and you see them roaming the streets, spending their pocket money not in school but in internet cafe's. I pity parents who don't know that their children are supposed to be in school but they aren't. Young people must bear in mind that they need to finish a course so that they could land a good job. Nowadays it's very hard not to be educated. There are millions of professionals who are unemployed. How much more those young men and women who haven't finished their schooling????

Education is as important as our body.Education is like a framework. If we are not properly educated we cannot stand the test of time. The values we have learned from home is as important as the values we learned from school. How can we be a good person in the community if we have nothing to share.Knowledge we earned from school is what makes a person valuable. How can we be a good doctor a good teacher or a nurse if we are not properly educated.Education is the best legacy we can give our children.
