Obama has a good reason to support illegal immigrants

Apparently he has at least one relative living here illegally in public housing in Boston. It's one of his aunts from Kenya. If he would make all illegal immigrants legal, she could stay. I guess that's as good a reason as any. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081101/ap_on_el_pr/obama_aunt

She has also contributed money to his campaign. That is illegal for a non resident to give money to a campaign or for him to accept it. Think he will kick her out after the election or will she be one who gets to share the wealth from actual citizens who have earned and will have their money taken away to give to those who aren't quite making enough, or paying taxes. I can't wait for him to win, it will be like living in Sherwood Forest, take from the Legal and give to the nonworking or tax paying. That sure sounds like capitalism at its best doesn't it?

Let's see - she is here illegally - she gets public assistance from the government - which she, in turn, uses to donate money (illegally) to Obama's campaign....isn't THAT interesting!

She lives off public assistance and still managed to contribute to his campaign? Wow. Obama is a millionaire. He asks us to share the wealth and doesn't even share it with his own relatives. It shouldn't matter that she is just a half-sister of his father. It's still relation.

I know isn't illegal immigrants awful? Those darn Native Americans should have done the same things that the US government is doing now to combat illegals. If they had they wouldn't be stuck living on reservations in crappy living conditions.

Yep, they made the mistake to not have proper immigration laws in place and to greet the first arrivals with open arms. Look how quickly they were overrun and had taken everything away from them. Could happen again. Hey, I have nothing against immigration. However, through the proper channels. I had to go through the proper channels. I pay my share to support society. Why shouldn't they? I also see the need to curb immigration through legislation. I have seen what happens, when you don't do it. You suddenly have more people than you can provide for in living space, employement, and otherwise. Just food for thought.

Nah the Native should have kept all the secretes on how to survive on the new found land and let all the immigrants die. I find it very funny that conservatives don't want to blame Palin for not watching her children and letting one get knocked up, but Obama is suppose to take care of every family member that is close or very distant, way to go on the double stand there conservatives. Anyway you must have missed Obama's debate on the senate floor about this very subject. Well here's a small portion- "To begin with, the agencies charged with border security would receive new technology, new facilities, and more people to stop, process, and deport illegal immigrants. But while security might start at our borders, it doesn't end there. Millions of undocumented immigrants live and work here without our knowing their identity or their background. We need to strike a workable bargain with them. They have to acknowledge that breaking our immigration laws was wrong. They must pay a penalty, and abide by all of our laws going forward. They must earn the right to stay over a 6-year period, and then they must wait another 5 years as legal permanent residents before they become citizens." And, let us not forget President Bush's (W) promise to President Fox that he would never support a wall to keep out illegals.

Sure, blame every parent whose teenager manages to get knocked up. Way to go to bring that in. Not that Obama has to worry about that quite yet, lol. Obama knew she was in the US. He manages to dig up dirt on everybody else but doesn't know the status of his aunt? Give me a break. At least Palin's daughter is well taken care of. But Obama's precious aunt whom he even fondly mentions in his book and knows quite well (she was there when he was sworn in as senator), she is living off public assistance while he lives quite comfortably in his mansion. I doubt Palin's daughter will live of public assistance. And that speech you mentioned is just another call for amnesty. Yeah, that worked the last time... just encouraged so many more to make their way here illegally and call for a another amnesty. I don't want a wall, just tougher controls and punishments especially for those who support this, employ those people and provide shelter and hiding places for them. i lived with a wall most of my live, it isn't funny! Although it was first build to keep people out, it quickly turned into a measure to keep us in and contained. I surely don't appreciate you mention something like that!

Sure he does, they will give him the vote if he gives them amesty. The democrats did it with the immigrants who first came here and B.O. will try to do it with the illegal aliens who suck dry our financial resources to fund hospitals and schools. He wants their vote for power, nothing else.

True, and the last amnesty just brought in more people with the hope it will be repeated. Unfortunately, both candidates have been vying for their votes although Obama is louder just like with everything else, lol. I have seen first hand how being overrun by immigrants can suck a country's resources dry. It wasn't pretty but it was also interesting to see how major supporters suddenly turned and wanted them out. Just have to move them into all the empty houses in the well-to-do neighborhoods, free of charge, double to triple the regular occupancy. Since that only happens as the last resort and the rich can't push them elsewhere because everything is full... that's when things will change. Because when your cleaning leady, house maid, gardener, the poor soul, here illegal only looking for a better life, suddenly moves in next door, ... when it stares them directly in the face and they can't divert their faces anymore claiming they are just charitable... that's when those with money will come into play and do something about it. Nothing against legal immigration. I jumped through the hoops myself, but I never was a burden to society but in fact paid my fair share to support society (how Obamian of me, lol;)
