Isabelmarco has more ads nowadays

I noticed that isabelmarco added some new advertisements to their site on last few weeks. Today, there are 33 ads to click. It was something about 20 a few weeks ago. There is an unusual increase at their ad count. What does it mean do you think? Does this mean that isabelmarco is a growing website and it is being better day by day, or something bad may happen? I got paid once by them but I can't trust any ptc site after being scammed a few times.
