One technique used by shoppers in certain shopping scenarios is to Haggle...the idea being,by trying to get a better deal in the place, you'll score some money off your purchase or get something extra to sweeten the deal..it's a "Who Dares,Wins" situation! So,My question is,Do You Haggle? Have you ever done so,or would you consider it?
Thanks for responses!

I would only really haggle in places where it is seen as part of the buying experience - like when I Turkey and Tunisia I did and managed to get things pretty cheap! : )

I wish I could Haggle! I see something I like I get it and just pay the price. My husband and dad on the other hand are always trying to haggle a better price and a better deal.

Yes I do hargain for price reductions some times -especially when I go for markets and small shops. Sometimes it works! I remember once I visited Bombay and I wanted a special shalwar which was on sale in a market -it was beautiful but the shop owner asked a quite a high price for it. So I bargained and pretended that I was leaving and not interested and this man came after me and cut the price to more than half the price! I was delighted and bought it there and then!
