hey gelogames i am also trying to make a light version of windows xp with the look and feel of vista. i have tested many anti virus and in my opinion NOD32 is the best and will remain best as it has the lightest and most trusted, database and anti virus engine.

in my opinion e-scan is the antivirus which takes the least memory. i have used it for a long time along with AVG 7.5 and it did help me for a long time but now i use avast which consumes a bit more memory than e-scan but is much effective than e-scan

you right AVG does fail in detecting viruses. so better use an antivirus which is better at detecting viruses.
