1. Limit the consumption of fine sugars. 2. Avoid hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil. 3. Opt for fresh farmers food. 4. Green tea. 5. Soja. 6. Curcuma. 7. Maintain a correct weight. 8. Do some regular physical activities. 9. Limit the consumption of red meat to 500g per week. 10. Daily maximum alcohol intake: only one glass for women and two glasses for men. 11. Limit the consumption of salt to 5g per day. 12. Mothers should breastfeed their babies.

i give you a plus. Also to add that we should avoid diet drinks and products which contains splenda or any fake sugar. It inceases the rate of having cancer even more. I don't know what if with the guy up there "younglove". Of course you could still have cancer but it reduces the chance of having one. Dummy people these days...
