Do you think a Serial Killer can stop Killing?

i dont.. and they say that if a serial killer does stop that he has either moved away or died which makes me wonder about some of the past serial killers ie jack the ripper or the zodiac.
do you think those people stopped on their own, moved, or died? im thinking died because i would think we would know something more by now

I think it depends on what motivates the killer. I think if they are killing to make a point, once the point is made, would they need to keep killing?? Then there are those who kill for the "joy" of taking a life and have a god complex, those i dont think can stop killing.

i would think that even if its a mission type reason that they would find another reason to go after more if they run out

Serial killers are demented people with a killer instinct. They enjoy killing people. It is very hard for them to stop killing. Like it is very hard for you to stop mylotting.

I don't think they can. From what I understand it is almost like a compulsive need to kill.

I also dont believe they can "change" their ways..or just stop..a person who has killed more than one person, has a pattern or specifications etc is IMO hardwired that way...and short of frontal labotomy I think they will be that way til the day they die...

makes you wonder what affect it has on people that kill in self defense.. if they feel evil from them on etc

I don't believe they will change,their soul are full of evil!!The only way is that let them leave the earth!!
