If you lost your job tomorrow..........................

Do you think you would be able to easily obtain another one right away? With equal or greater pay? I good friend of mine lost his job, due to cut backs that were made in his department. As a result he had to file disability and was not able to find immediate work. I saw him yesterday, and his situation regarding employment hasn't changed. He was success at getting the disability funds, but still no employment. He stated he was going to try to find something part-time in the mean while, but he hasn't been quite excited or hopeful about finding something. It got me to thinking about mylot and the other opportunities that I'm involved with only. Although, I make a decent monthly extra spending amount online. If I were to lose my 9-5 job, it will make a bigger impact on my family's present situation verses anything else. I believe that my skills and background training would award me with the opportunity to gain employment again with equal or greater pay, but part of the reason for me earning online, was to build up a little nest egg of back up monies, just in case something ever happened. God forbid. What about your situation?
