problems with earning with Ciao

So I joined Ciao and I reviewed one product. It was a standard review, not a quick one for a product with 3 dollar signs next to it and no other reviews. I had total of 5 views, all rating the review helpful. But my earnings show $0.00. It only says that I have earned 55 community points. What am I doing wrong? Can somebody please help me and point me in the right way?

Does 24hr time since you posted your review has passed already? Earnings in Ciao is updated over 24hr time but the community points is real time. So, if it's not more than 24hrs yet then you just have to wait for it but if it's otherwise then that's something weird already. You have to send a ticket to Ciao and tell them about your situation.
What's your username there? Mine is still the same, "sirrob".

You won't start earning until you make it a standard review (full as you said it or whatever it is called
) and I believe it won't be updated until then. Don't you worry it will be updated anytime after 24hrs.

You have to have a full review to earn. And it takes 24 hours before it will get updated. If after two days and our earnings still didn't reflect in your account you must contact the ciao admin and tell them your problem.
By the way I am also using my same user name there it's warrior_777

It seems to update at weird intervals. I saw someone wrote that it is done once a day, but I have seen mine update more than once in a day -- and I've also seen it NOT update for 2-3 days. I think the first writing I did took the longest to update and show up, about 3 days.
If it's been more than three days, you might want to write to Ciao for help, but if you just did it, give it a couple of days.
