Now Idealbux doesn't pays standard members.

I'm a standard member in idealbux. I have $22 in my idealbux account . Please suggest me should i pay $8.99 to be premium and get my $22 back . Will the admin of idealbux pay me ? Is he trusted that he will pay after being premium ? Please help me guyz .
