I finally got 1 referral and they aren't active. Is there a way that I can encourage them to start responding and etc? How can I get active referrals?

I am having trouble in that area as well. I have made a few referrals but so far they are not doing anything with it.
You will really start to rake it in if you can get referrals who are good recruiters. Maybe I am mixed up here but I thought that you got paid if the people you refer get others to join as well. Maybe I am confusing this place with Moola.com
