I strongly think that HijackThis program will be able to solve this problem. But I don't have any idea on how to guide you using this program. Anyway, you can download it at www.merijn.org/programs.php. This program originally developed by Merijn.org then now being bought over by Trend Micro. It will display all the process and BHO that run in your PC. So, we can choose to terminate which process being related to any infection either it's virus or spyware. It will display a log after you run a scan. Please save the log so someday or sometimes later you can show the log to those who knows more about computer, so they can help you identify which process need to be terminated.

hi chia! well, i am not really sure if it is a virus, but if it is internet connection, ask first your internet provider. they can answer you. if the problem is not with them, then maybe it is something else. but so far, no, thank God, i have not the same problem. if i have a virus, it is easily detected and my husband would quash it for me. take care and hope your problem gets solved soon! because it is really irritating when it keeps getting cut off. God bless you!

This is due to either some problem with your modem or ISP(some problem with wiring)contact your ISP soon as possible they will come and check it.

no. i do not think so. when the connection lost, my taskbars turn grey for a while and it like something is going on in the system and not due to technical problems. i did some check on line and there are some others with same problem but they could not resolved it too. i hope someone can help me
