Rustle up a fruit smoothie/a vegetable juice like Carrots/Tomatoes, a brown bread sandwich. Cereals like Muesli/Oats are available as 'ready-made packs'. Grab one from a departmental store. Have it as cereal. Have a handful of nuts/fruit chops. The easiest Indian Breakfast is Poha which contains no fat/calories.If non veg...! I prefer a bowl with cereal and milk together with a glass for water and tea. That will be enough to start my day in a good mood. © ronaldinu 2008

Hello,Mayank! For eating a breakfast for working girls even for males it is best to keep at home oatmeal,sprouts,fruits like banana and apple,fruit juice and vegetable soup.These are the best foods and drinks for breakfast for working ladies.Bread and jam also will do good for health.thanx.
