Early morning exercise

Do you exercise everyday?what kind of exercise you does? Every morning I always do some brisk walking a simple but healthy exercise which is good for the heart.As for myself who have this heart ailment I really need exercise thus I always keep myself fit through brisk walking everyday.Not stressful at all.How about you guys? and how does you feel after having an exercise?

Hi dear
well dont u think that waking up at 6 am of Morning is less than any Exercise???and then getting ready for office, i am sure movements are more brisk then any can walk
and then reaching office and doing work, its tough exercise
dont u agreee
still we need to do more??????

yeah,it is an exercise; even just doing your everyday chores in your house is considered as exercise.There's a considerable movement of your body which make each of your body cell move,it may be tough or not.Well then,if you feel healthy doing it then it's great! thank's dear!

i can't do my exercise daily because there are days that i really feel exhausted after all the house chores that im doing. the only time that i can relax was when i finish doing everything, which includes teaching the kids in their assignment. after that, that's the time that i can do my lot. which is my favorite pass time. it relieves me from stress and boredom whenever when i feel so.

Hello bestie. Honestly, I dont get to exercise in the morning. I wake up pretty late because I sleep late in the evening. But, I always make it a habit of walking in the afternoon. It feels pretty good after a walk. It makes me feel energized.

Yes, I love to do exercise early in the morning, everyday.... but, what to do I am getting up only by 8 am in the morning......
Early morning exercises are only possible in my dreams...... happy exercising//////

hello bestie, after exercising i do feel lighter and happier... but i havent done it for a long time... maybe that's why i do feel bloated and depressed...aside from gaining weight since i didnt do my daily exercises...
your topic served as a reminder to me... thanks bestie... hugs...

I have hardly have any time to exercise.I know it will help me to grow up physically and mentally.But I can't extract any time from my busy schedule...........

Well, I try to exercise on a daily basis. But sometimes, after a long day at work, exercise is the last thing you would want to do.
Preference to slough on the couch and numb our mind with television is usually the way.
I must get myself out of this habit of giving in to my preference.
It is good that you are making the effort to do some exercise during the day. No matter how short the duration, it is still exercise.
Good for you. Keep up the good habit!

I always do some sit ups and push ups. I lift weights occasionally too. I do walk but I don't do it every morning. My walking would usually be from the office to the bus terminal and that takes me around 15 minutes. I feel great after exercising because I feel that my body is still functioning well.
