Is there any software that can change the IP when i want?

Hide IP is a software used to hide your ip. Actually it dosent change the ip. It gives a fake ip to the outerworld. But i never used it. My friends told.Make a try. It may help you.

yea there is a way that can change your IP address when ever you wish,to do that follow this steps go to start menu --- run --- type cmd in run (a black big box will appear called as command prompt) --- type there ipconfig/release hit enter type again ipconfig/flushdns hit enter type again ipconfig/renew its all over your new ip address is ready to use there is no need for software but you can use a software to hide IP address

your ip is determined by your internet provider what you can do to change it, is to reboot the cable, dsl modem or disconnect from a standard landline modem and then reconnect. I dont know the reason you want to change that IP but you can make a program with windows / dos provded commands or just go to the nic card and change the ip if your running a fixed ip address
