If you do are you crazy about it. I mean do you also enjoy eating. Can you enjoy eating healthy, really? it does seem to be more expensive.

Eating healthy food in this genaration is very much impossible. Its the period of junk food called noodles, sauce, macaroni etc...May be later like globe some day come for healthy food. Until then it is the time for semi unhealthy food.

My nutrition is pretty poor lately. Sometimes I eat one time a day, and sometimes I eat about every other day. And when I eat, I eat nutritious foods, well balanced meals, and I take a multivitamin every day.
