is the whole johnathan ross/ russell brand situation over the top?

Im 27, and love watching johnathan ross on the bbc, however the latest scandal which has meant johnathan ross and russell brand have been in the spotlight, to me is over the top. Ive spoken to a few people, and the general feeling is those of the younger generation,see the whole thing as ridicilous, where as the older generation all support the onslaught against ross and brand. whats your thoughts.

One word....YES!!! With the current financial crisis going on there's far more important and pressing matters that need discussing. I suppose browns happy though as it takes the spotlight off him so we don't see the most recent mess ups he's making of the country. God it makes me so mad.
