Good Paid to Review site for Americans?

I am already registered with Ciao, but I was looking for another one. I looked at DooYoo, but I don't think that people in the U.S. can use it. Any other good paid to review sites out there? If you know of one could you please tell me what they pay and how. Thanks!

Review Stream is probably the second best review site of the moment. There's also Epinions which emphasizes revenue sharing based on the traffic reviews get and the sales they generate, but it also has special promotions fairly regularly (like the "$5 for 5 reviews" promo going on this month...it's just applicable for reviews in certain categories though).
