I come china.Have you ever been to China before ?Now china is becoming more and more important all over the world. Of course, communicating with foreigners is the key to learn more about china. Enjoying the wonderful Beijing Olimpics is an unforgettable experience,I think. However,I cannot express myself well facing the foreigners. For example,I dare not speak out and talk with peer foreigners mostly . Why?Think twice.I find the answer.Because I am afraid whether they want to talk with me when I speak to them.If not,I will feel embarrassed...and unhappy.what is your feeling?Could you share me with your experience or opinion.??Welcome to show your idea.

I am sure that the only reason they would have to not enjoy talking to you would be if you speak poorly in their language, or they in yours. I know it can be frustrating to try and talk to someone if you can't understand each other well. I am learning 4 different languages right now, and I find that even if I say something wrong, it doesn't drive others away, it becomes a source of being closer. They point out what I should have said, and everyone laughs a little and moves on. One of my friends while learning american sign language actually made the sign for female genitals when they meant to make the sign for plate. Rather than ridicule her, the person laughed and fixed her sign, and she learned something. My advice is to just go for it, if they are mean to you, at least you know and can avoid them afterward. =)
